IMPORTANT to note: Just because a government or government-funded
scientist publishes a report do NOT mean you are reading the FACTS.
Take, for example, California's Department of Water Resources "Delta Risk
Management Strategy, Phase 1 Final Report" which Ryer Island land owners
were able to prove contained substantial FALSE data regarding Ryer Island,
thereby invalidating the assessment of Ryer Island flood and seismic risk.
DWR has admitted that a mistake was made as to Ryer Island, and have
agreed to revise DRMS and publish the corrections.
