Listed below are just a few of the documents posted online
in 2008
by various governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations
conducting studies regarding the California Delta region. We
tried to keep track of the number of pages and the amount of funding
towards this "Delta Vision" initiative to date. However, it
has gotten so out of control, that for the
time being we'll just post the documents. We highlight ones we
find most interesting. You can also
go to http://ca.gov and type in "delta"
or "water". That will begin the journey along the document trail.

it ironic that the state was cutting back and laying off and sending
out IOU's instead of paying its bills, all the while these studies
were being funded. Where did the money come from? We
dare you to simply go down to the bottom of this page to get a sense
of how many studies, reports, meetings and personnel have been
involved in this latest bid to revise the Delta.
Contrary to media buz, the Delta is not
broken but we now know why the state is going broke!
